Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Profile image (if you choose to upload one)
  • Account type (venue or performer)
  • Password (stored securely using Firebase Authentication)

Tour and Event Data

When you use the Service, we collect information you provide about:

  • Tours and events (names, dates, descriptions)
  • Venue information (names, addresses, contact details)
  • Advance sheets and schedules
  • Labor calls and crew information
  • Custom fields and notes

Uploaded Files

We store files you upload to the Service, including:

  • Venue tech pack PDFs
  • Images and logos
  • Other documents related to your tours and events

Payment Information

If you subscribe to our paid plans, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store:

  • Stripe customer ID
  • Subscription status and plan type
  • Billing history metadata

Usage and Activity Data

We automatically collect:

  • Activity logs (actions taken within the Service for audit purposes)
  • Error reports and diagnostic data
  • Device and browser information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions

Firebase (Google)

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects payment information according to their privacy policy. See Stripe Privacy Policy.

OpenAI

We use OpenAI to power our AI autopopulate feature. When you use this feature, the content of your uploaded tech pack PDFs is sent to OpenAI for processing. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Google Maps Platform

We use Google Maps API for location and address autocomplete features. See Google Privacy Policy.

Sentry

We use Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring. See Sentry Privacy Policy.

Amazon Web Services (AWS SES)

We use AWS Simple Email Service to send transactional emails. See AWS Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information:

  • With collaborators you invite to your tours and advances
  • With service providers who assist in operating the Service
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
